Stress test results are based on standard OSFI B-20 guidelines — actual lender decisions vary. Paystub estimates depend on your TD1 claims and employer payroll setup.

Tax rates, mortgage rules, CMHC rates, and benefit amounts change regularly. Our data reflects 2025 rates verified in January 2025. CanadaCalc is not responsible for errors resulting from rule changes not yet reflected in our calculators.
